Looks like he was in business in the 1920s, although he may have started earlier Im not certain. Came from a Philadelphia area estate. It is a little dirty from many years of storage, but could be cleaned up better.
All I did was wipe it with a damp cloth. Original paint is mostly intact, although the green paint on the frame has flaked off here and there. Really nice fully original business trade sign.
